Day 1…so it starts

ok, so any effort i went to a few months ago has been lost and if anything I have gained more weight.

Tonight was our first night, we walked 1.8kms tonight…i was wrecked, my legs, back and sides were hurting….after a patheticly short run.

I am so very unfit, thanks to no exercise and 15 years of smoking….

Our plan is to do the same walk every night for 2 weeks, then extend the walk by another 2 kms if we can.
