got dancing this arvo again!! YAYAY am very excited….

second week and i am going to ask them if they have a studio they go to as i want to take it up more than once a week…

i was so sweaty and puffed after 1 hour last week that i think i will enjoy gettiung back into it…i also want to take up aikido, so doing two forms of excercise should be better for me than none and because i am doing things i want to (instead of the boring ole gym) i am likely to stick with it…
